“I had an issue with my duplex ejection pump system over the holiday weekend. I called the people who took care of it in the past and out of business. Sucks but new reality these days. I did a search including AI and came across AIM pump services. I messaged them and did not expect a response but about five minutes later Jaime called me. Wow quick service. We spoke about the issues and sent him pictures. He sent me back possible solutions that included some of my geek technology requests. He told me he could come the next day and would bring all the things he would possibly need to avoid re scheduling or delays. I wasn’t available that day but set things up for Thursday. He showed up and we went down to check what was needed. He had all the things we needed to fix the issue but also had some options that would make things safer and last longer, we hope. He did all the things we had discussed and more. I hung around and we talked about lots of things and watched him work and complete the job in a very professional and careful way. He upgraded all the plumbing, changed a pump and even cleared some roots from the system. I thought i was going to have to give up my first born after he showed me the bill. NO, his price was extremely reasonable and less than i had thought about in my head. I have him on speed dial now but hope that don’t have to use him for a few years. Oh yeah, he is young and his 25 year old son is getting his dad’s training so i feel good about the coming years. Get him to fix your stuff.
