Scheduling was not a problem at all. I was a walk in at a non-busy time of day. Check in was so easy and the staff at the desk was helpful, bringing papers to me as I had a back injury. The entire staff was friendly and professional from the front desk to the nurse and the practicioner as well as the X-ray technician. The waiting area, exam room and even the bathroom were very clean. Overall, it was an A+ experience! I would recommend this provider for Urgent Care needs.

I came in with a difficult issue. I saw PA Alex. He listened , asked further questions seeking to understand. Finally he helped me more than any of the specialists or my primary ever did. Alex was compassionate, caring and went the distance to help. The nurse and office staff were just as supportive and helpful. This was in sharp contrast to the quality of care I have received from my primary at Palomar Health of 20+ years. Thank you Carlsbad Urgent care for treating me like a human, with respect and compassion. I recommend PA Alex and staff to anyone .

I really hate going to the doctor and only of when I really feel something is wrong. I am relieved to say that I had a very positive experience at this Urgent Care in San Marcos. Check-in was a relaxing and pain less process and the girl at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. This goes along way when you're not feeling well. The wait wasn't very long in the waiting room or in the examination room. Most of all, I felt the doctor was extremely competent and informative and gave me a thorough exam. I didn't feel rushed even though I was there close to closing. He gave me multiple chances to ask questions and wanted to make sure I understood everything. He seemed to really care about my health and well being. It has literally been years since I had a doctor who seemed to care and actually helped me. I am so grateful and glad I chose to go. I highly recommend coming here!
