I love this studio! Always so clean and the instructors have an amazing level of expertise; yet they are mindful about adjusting their instruction and level of expectation for beginners or those with injuries. I can highly recommend classes by Jen, Sandra, Carol, and Tam (the owner). I also love that the instruction is geared for any age (I'm in my late 50's)...highly challenging if needed, all the way down to very gentle beginner's instruction. And all classes have such a friendly, caring, and welcoming vibe. You can't beat the unlimited first month for $39 pricing which is a great way to try out this lovely and delightful yoga studio. Enjoy!!

The silent retreat was magical. Yoga, hiking, nourishing food, communing with nature and sharing the experience with like-minded souls. Tam's attention to detail in planning and execution creates the space to rejuvenate and reset in an atmosphere of loving kindness. Thank you, Tam.

That was my first time, I believe the instructors name is Julie , she explained the moves well and gave you alternatives. I have just finished with chemo and radiation, my body needed that workout because all of my joints hurt. I felt amazing when I left
