Title: Unresponsive Manager and Unauthorized Charges at Beyond Hot Yoga, Laguna NiguelMy experience with Beyond Hot Yoga in Laguna Niguel, California, was extremely frustrating. Despite informing them of my move and requesting cancellation, they not only failed to respond but also charged my credit card for an additional month without authorization. Multiple messages to the manager, Kaitlyn Ellender, went unanswered. Their disregard for customer service and unauthorized charges make me strongly advise against choosing this studio. Look for alternatives that prioritize customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.

@BobWoodson Amazing appearance on #LifeLibertyLevin I haven't heard anyone with a better idea,supporting the right with resources & funds to get our message out with a ground game,by far the biggest weakness of the right take action on this idea please, start funds and platforms bbbvh

SUZY....I read some of the reviews for this gym, and the few reviews that were left talked about poor customer service. I thought I'd call and just get some basic pricing info and feel out the service for myself, because that's something that's important to me. Boy were those reviews right. I spoke to Suzy who pretty much brushed me off to their website. When I told her the website doesn't have pricing info, she cut me off and snapped "that's why you should just come in." I asked her kindly what the enrollment fee was, and again she told me she doesn't have that info right now, and that she has other customers now and that I should come in.
