I’ve always had great experiences with my annual vision check as he has always been throughly with his exams and explained everything to me in a clear concise manner. However, I had a recent eye trauma that resulted in vision impairment. First, his office staff went above and beyond to fit me in his schedule in a quick time. Once, I was in the appointment he referred me over to a retina ophthalmologist. He called the ophthalmologist office and i had an appointment with them before I ever left his office. He continued to go above and beyond and after receiving the report called to check on my vision and to see how I was feeling. His office staff is professional and friendly. Dr Onishi genuinely cares for his patients and combined with his outstanding quality of care. I would highly recommend him and his office!“

“We've been going to see Dr. Tsai for 2 years for Myopia Care, specifically Ortho K, for my now 14yr and 12yr olds. The staff is always very friendly. The location is clean and inviting, and their waiting area is great for entertaining little ones. Very very rarely have we had to wait long for our appointments. This is the most professional eyewear location I could find. Despite all the money I have spent buying the best glasses that could be bought and being pretty happy with those, they were able to make me the best pair I've ever had for a little less money than I had been spending. Not cheap but not overpriced. The par I ended up getting were JF Rey. I don't want to say much about where I used to go which is a big company that buys out everyone else, has a McDonald's type eye exam and lens order process and tries to undermine the industry by taking over source materials around the world.“

“The staff here is wonderful. I was in a bind with my daughter and couldn't get in to our current provider (K . Anderson in RSM). Jodie (sorry if I spell wrong) was amazing from the phone conversation to check in, she knows her stuff and is so caring. Then we met Dr Megdadi. She was absolutely the best. Took her time with our daughter and did a very good job getting her eyes diagnosed (we have some issues to say the least). I asked Dr Megdadi a few challenging questions and she did amazing.So amazing in fact that my husband and I are switching to her now. “I highly recommend Griffin Optemetric, they have a wonderful team. I'd been working with rusty metal, and used a leaf blower to clean things up. The next morning around 4am my left eye was hurting so bad it woke me up. I went to the bathroom sink to irrigate thinking it was an eyelash. Upon irration I experienced a searing burning pain so uncomfortable, I could not relieve it open or closed. I called Griffin Optimetric when they opened and they made certain to fit me in that morning. I was treated by Dr. Callister who was kind, knowledgeable and empathic. He rendered immediate relief bh numbing my eye temporarily. I could not find the source of tge irritation bug prescribed an optic antibiotic and irrigating drops. I honestly felt I was losi g my eyesight to add lme kind of infection until Dr. Callister treated me at very short notice.
