Approached Eye to Eye to take a photo of the beautiful main entrance - an iron trellis filled with plants. Once I was within 10 feet, a man quickly appeared and angrily informed me I was setting off an alarm. The plaza was silent, and I had simply passed by the entrance on a public walkway, so I doubt this was true, but I apologized and walked away. Yelp reviewers say the owner has very poor manners. Perhaps he does this to scare away visitors without appointments? He should put up signage that he doesn't want plaza visitors approaching his entrance, if that's the case.

One is star is way too much. just call him to get some general info, the way this guy ( Marty ) treats you on the phone is enough to stay away from this place. you are lucky if he does not hand up on you. all the good reviews are by his close friends. I dont think any one would leave this place more than one star. Rude, arrogant and if you are not prepare to spend thousands of dollars he wont even let you in.

I bought glasses from him many years ago. I moved away and wanted to come back and buy more glasses. The guy is an arrogant elitist( in his mind) who mistreats people .It's glasses. Not jewelry. He thinks he's the optician to the Stars. He's overpriced and rude.Don't buy from him
