Staff are incredible. They showed amazing social skills. I came in for a dilation and evacuation. I was extremely distraught throughout the whole process; it was my first pelvic exam and surgery. Yet, the nurses, doctors, and counselors were constantly patient and supportive.
I was never rushed to make a decision, and they assured me I wouldn't have to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. They thoroughly explained the entire procedure, gave me time to process everything and consider all my options, and went above and beyond to help me receive necessary funding. Their great compassion was evident; they even held my hand when I needed it.

After experiencing biased healthcare professionals who kept me uninformed and failed to provide the proper care I needed, I found this hospital. They were incredibly professional and compassionate throughout the entire process. I have never felt so safe and cared for during such a challenging decision. I will always be grateful for their support.
