Had a routine ultrasound done at an out of state hospital and had some unexpected results. Was wanting to get some forward movement in determining a diagnosis as soon as possible.
Was SO pleasantly surprised to find that they offer a walk-in biopsy clinic. I came from out of state just to get this taken care of and it was nice to not have to wait. This definitely made so much more sense to me so that people don’t have to wait through lengthy intakes and consultations - just to find out what a diagnosis is. I had a great experience here! Dr. Balassanian and his medical student were both extremely professional but also personal. He made sure I understood the procedure and answered all of my questions. I feel well taken care of and plan to continue my care at UCSF.
