“I have contacted Tom Lee Roofing a few times to quote different jobs including my own home. I learned about them though my neighbor who has used their services for many years with great success. I was finally able to use them on my mother's roof to quote on reroofing. They instead suggested to simply just do some roof maintenance to extend the life of the existing roof. That's how honest they are. Instead of quoting an entire new roof as I requested. They saved us money instead. They recommended cleaning, replacing some flashing, sealing roof penetrations, coating with aluminized paint coating (to protect the existing asphalt layer) and also replacing a rusted downspout drain pipe. They even agreed to paint the new downspout pipe. Highly recommend Tom Lee Roofing for all your roofing needs. They are quick to reply and their quotes are very reasonable. That being said they are usually very busy and booked far in advance so call early to set up your appointment.“

“Brian and his team are great. Had them fix some leaks on my roof about 4-5 years ago along with reapplying a new coat on the roof. It's been great ever since. Had a remodel done last year and they added some pipes and do some work in the lightwell area. During the rains this year we noticed some leaks in the roof. Brian came out quick;y assed the situation showed me where the lightweel work wasn't great and said he can fix it. Came back out to fix it and wouldn't even charge me even thoguh it wasn't his fault.
