William was fantastic! He was super kind and courteous and identified the issue right away. Through photos and videos he explained to me where the leak was coming from in the water heater and how he would fix it. He fixed the leak quickly and once again showed me through photos how he fixed it. Highly recommend! Doug was also great at communicating and coordinating repair services!
