John turned a negative into a positive. Prompt Plumbing company was contracted by the property management to fix a leak. 1st service call - plumber failed to show up on time, Rony called 25 min after the start time to say he was running late. I cancelled as I was already missing an hour of work waiting on him and I'd have to miss more work to accommodate a 2 nd appt. 2nd time - John was sent, he was there right on time, very professional and explained the situation clearly ( easy fix) he was in a great mood and friendly at 8 a.m. He spoke highly of the company and his co-workers. I would now recommend this company to others.

I had a very positive experience with Pablo's team at Prompt Plumbing. John did an excellent job assessing what the issue was - and what we needed to do to deal with our broken sump pump. He was knowledgeable, quick and friendly. I felt we were in good hands and wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Prompt Plumbing again.

Prompt Plumbing Services is an excellent company to do business with. The owner, Pablo Boteo, was very quick in taking care of my emergency repairs. The employee that he sent to our home, Ronys Cruz, did and exceptional job researching the problem and came up with a solution.
