Fantastic salon. Cindy is the hairstylist you can trust. I’ve been getting my haircut for years from her. I have flat dark Asian hair, long hair layers haircut gives my hair volume and dimension. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Joli Bijou Salon, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of fantastic! Upon entering the salon, I was immediately drawn to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which was complemented by a unique and trendy aesthetic.To my surprise, I discovered that my stylist was also the owner of the salon. She was incredibly down-to-earth and attentive, taking her time with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with my experience. I followed Cindy Viola here from the now closed Secret Agent Salon. Cindy has been cutting my fine curly hair for a decade now. She's amazing at layering and adding structure to my somewhat lifeless hair. I haven't used all the services at Joli Bijou Salon yet, but they deserve 5 stars for having Cindy.
