Just the best! Great platinum color. Wonderful service! I went back to frankie after the bleach snd tone, and got my mermaid colors refreshed (pastel pink, blue and purple). As a first time client today, I got full highlights (with major pandemic grow-out) from Jennifer and a much-needed cut from Naimah. My highlights with Jennifer took half as long and looked 20 times more natural and glorious than any similar work I've had done in my past 2 decades of highlighting. Naimah then gave me the most flattering haircut I've had in ages - and I should say that my hair was super damaged and incredibly long. She saved length and also made it look like it did pre-breakage. They were an amazing combo, and I cannot recommend them and the salon highly enough. Fran is fantastic. I saw Steve Reeder at Secret Agent Salon for 20 years, when I moved to the Bay Area. Steve trained Fran. I trust her completely. She can do anything hair related. Plus she's a wonderful person. And diPietro Todd is an SF hair institution. You go Fran.Services: Haircut
