“Talked to someone over there on the phone looking to repair my Samsung fridge. He was probably the owner.In short, he doesn't repair Samsung fridges but he was nice enough to offer a few tech recommendations and also gave me advice in what to do in the meantime before calling a tech. On top of that he even gave me fridge brand recommendations (KitchenAid, GE, Frigidaire) if I did need to replace this fridge.Avoid Samsung fridges since he was 1 out of 3 local technicians that dont touch Samsung. The only authorized tech that Samsung recommended is poorly reviewed.This guy has won me as a future customer and I appreciated how he took his time to explain things to me over the phone and answered my questions.“

“The motherboard on my Kitchen Aid gas stove/oven went out. All State was recommended by the manufacturer so I called them. That was on a Wednesday, and Daniel their tech was at my house on Friday to assess. The motherboard was fried, so a new one had to be ordered. Daniel, ordered the part, it came in within 4 days and he offered to install it on 4th of July - I declined that day and he came on the 7th and had the stove operational in about 45 minutes. Expensive repair, but the service level was great. Quick response time, good communication and Daniel arrived at the times he told me he would. All my appliances are KitchenAid, and fairly young in appliance terms, less than 10 years, so if I have any other issues I will call all State Appliance Repair again. BTW, Daniel's work comes with a one year guarantee - something many of these places don't offer. I recommend All State Appliance Repair and give a shout out of Thanks! to Daniel.“

“We have had 2 great experiences with Stan & his crew. First our LG oven had a flakey temperature sensor that didn't allow the oven to heat reliably. He and his team fixed that in short order. Then recently we had an issue with our Electrolux dryer "heat outlet" needing to be replaced in the back of the dryer drum. He and his team disassembled the dryer, replaced the part, and had it all working again in a matter of a couple of hours. I will definitely be keeping Smart Solution Appliance's info to help keep my appliances in good working order, and out of the dump! Thank you Stan & Will! PS - if you look at the 1 star reviews here, put them in context... they are expectation mismatches. Unfortunately appliances don't last like they used to, warranties don't cover what you think they might, and sometimes things just break, don't shoot the messenger. These guys do good work.“
