Reading the other reviews, not sure who their tech was, but Eugene in Morgan Hill did a great job. Fixed both LG washer and dryer at a decent price. Even worked extra time to ensure noises went away. It's now 8:32 pm and he just left. Thank you Eugene! -Jim
Alex was great he really brought his expertise to the job. I could see he was thinking like an engineer and he deduced the problem quickly and effectively. super friendly and great technician. plus he brought his own contractor booties.
Our washing machine sprung a massive leak the evening of Thanksgiving dinner, whole washing our table linens. Best Buy Black Friday deal still was $2k (bc apparently you need to replace the dryer too whenever you replace a stackable washer, if you want any warranty). ALEKSEI was very expedient and warm. Appliances Giant charged me only $165 for parts/labor. So glad I went this route.
