CCI, run by the owner Tommy and his son Luis, came trough in a big way. They not only did a great quality job, but were very professional in the whole process. Tommy started working right away even though they were super busy at the time, and Luis kept updating me on the status of fabrication and build by sending periodic updates along with pictures of my railing and gate. Let me tell you all, after working with many contractors, this is a rarity - it's true professionalism at its best. “Tommy and Sun Diego Landscape & Design were very quick to come look at our fencing project and provide an estimate. He was also very helpful in some of the design decisions that other fence contractors were unwilling to discuss or include as part of the build. They were able to customize all the details we wanted.The workmanship was great quality and his crew does fast work but with high level of attention to detail. They are also a very polite and clean crew, which is not always the case. They made sure to tidy up at the end of each day and were very polite and friendly.Lastly, when there was hiccups along the way, which is inevitable on any project. Tommy and his guys were able to trouble shoot and come up with a final result that looks amazing.I would recommend Tommy and Sun Diego Landscape & Design to anyone that has outdoor projects! “Aquaguard is an exceptional company.I had contacted Chris a couple of years ago and he provided me with a quote and I just sat on the project for a couple of years. I contacted him last week to get the project moving and incredibly he honored the original quoted price! Once I contacted Chris, Matthew was out the next business day to install the fence. He was very kind and wise, and even though I had changed the original plan a bit, he provided guidance and wisdom to refine it. The new measurement added more than 30 feet of fence, but he honored the discounted price when calculating the new addition.Chris was very responsive, my first call he answered right away, and then we worked through text for the rest of the job. He and Matthew are very good at making you feel like you are being taken care of with their responsiveness.I was extremely pleased with Aquaguard; their professionalism and kindness made them stand out, and I can't say enough about their honor. “I had a five feet deep pond in my backyard, and I needed a professional to do the work since it needed to be completed professionally. ***************************** VP Operations were the very best. ****** was very patient since I had to push the work **************** and he was able to accommodate me with no problem. I am also a disabled veteran, and he was very helpful and although he is not cheap was able to move the projects around and get me the best deal possible in a timely manner because he was able to complete all of the work in a 1 1/2 day which was awesome. “This review was from December 2022, which can be found on Yelp:Jeff is great. He was responsive and reliable throughout the entire process. A pretty friendly and laid-back guy with a sense of humor, too.The first time I asked him for a quote, I unfortunately wasn't home. He still inspected the fence and gave me a quote.I later revisited things and he came back out to assess, along with his crew so they too were able to see what they were getting themselves into.It took awhile to get to that second visit due people being out of town, illnesses, etc.; nonetheless, we made it work and kept it in touch.He offered alternative solutions to help me save money and prolong the life of the fence (needed 10 fence posts to be replaced, where Postmater galvanized steel was used to fortify the wooden posts from the inside of the yard, along with a full replacement of a portion of the fence.)Him and his guys worked quickly and efficiently.I would do business with him again, and would recommend him to my friends.As of January 2024:had some issues with my fence post not closing correctly, and the wood falling apart where the latch was - not sure what happened there but i wasn't blaming Jeff/SoCal Fence for the matter.Nonetheless, I reached out to Jeff about 13 months after he had replaced my fence, even though the issue had been going on for 2-3 months or so. He was still just a quick and responsive, and was more than happy to come out and replace things as needed even though he typically warranties within a 12-month timeframe - no pushback, no issues whatsoever. All I needed to do was send him a picture of the fence cap that was having issues and he got things repaired. Couldn't be happier with the way this went.Seeing him again was such a breath of fresh air - a genuinely nice, easygoing guy. The only fencing guy I would trust.“
