“We had Fence Plus replace a wooden fence that was atop a block wall in the back yard. Bill Brenner was a joy to work with and he really knows his stuff. Over the last couple years, we've had a lot of remodeling done and I have to say, Fence Plus was the best. From the first contact; emails, phone conversations, scheduling and in person - it could not have been any better.The horizontal cedar fence they installed is much stronger than what was there before and it's absolutely beautiful. The crew that did the work was courteous and professional in every way. Communication with the crew was excellent and their clean up after the job was amazing. They even ran a magnet over the ground to find any dropped deck screws. Usually when a crew leaves, I find myself picking up nails, screws, staples, chunks of cement, etc. Not this crew! Their attention to detail was impressive and they actually left the area cleaner than when they arrived!Do yourself a favor and get a bid from Fence Plus!“

“I can't recommend Superior Fence. Sadly, our experience with them has been far less than superior. Actually far less than marginal. We trusted the reputation of the brand. HUGE mistake on our part. Apparently in Knoxville TN there was an ownership change and somehow we ended up with the short end of the stick. No longer will I trust franchises for home improvement projects. Buyers Please Beware! What a mess“
“Sure they are busy, but I was very happy with John who came by a couple of times to measure and was very professional. Nehal though - our installer - was fantastic! There was a mix up with our order - 4 ft fence instead of 5 ft fence was being installed. We realized it and he went back to the shop and stayed late to get it corrected. Checked with me on various spec items as he went and provided some good insight as to where to place gates. Overall he was professional and courteous which seems to be a rarity these days. Thank you to both John and Nehal for the experience!“

“If you are reading this review, please, CHOOSE JULIO & his company!!!! I am a "researcher" who got quotes from 5 different companies for a beachy, modern, horizontal fence. I am SO GLAD I went with Julio. I will be honest and say I was hesitant at first because his online presence wasn't huge, but he won me over with not only his estimate but his professional, friendly attitude, great communication, and willingness to come over a few times to help me figure out what would look best. After we told him we wanted to go with him, he continued to exceed our expectations for customer service. Communication was A+, he helped us to pick the right fence layout/style/stain, was always on time, and led a very friendly and professional crew who knocked out a large quality fence in a few days.
