Urbanspine is hands-down the BEST wellness center in San Diego. The location is dead center SD -- so easy to find, and even has parking. Upon entry you'll be greeted by soft lighting, diffused oils, and a water machine that probably saved my life a on couple hangover days. Dr. Greg is extremely knowledgeable and gives the best adjustments of any chiropractor I've been to. He can pin point exactly what's going on with your body and preforms adjustments I never knew were possible! He takes the time to build rapport and give a thorough adjustments, making sure you see results. Dr. Lynch is an amazing doctor. She has great insight and has helped me a lot with my mental health. She takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and addresses them with immense care. She is both compassionate and brilliant! I highly recommend her for biofeedback and mental health support!
