I appreciate UCSD express care. They are efficient and-- so far in my experience-- effective, in their assessment, treatment, and recommendations. But I wish they did not have to rush so much and could show a little more compassion.
I've been here twice and it was a good experience both times. The people providing care are excellent and it shows that they value patients. The only negative I experienced, both times, was the person at the front desk. Very grumpy like they hate their job and doing you a favor. Otherwise, the nurses and PAs have been great.
