The staff here was so kind and transparent from check in to discharge. I waited for about an hour and 15 mins and just watched Netflix on my phone to make the time pass. From when I was called back to triage to seeing the provider was max 15 mins. Truly grateful for a smooth urgent care visit!!

I had to return to urgent care. On Saturday my X-ray showed I did not have pneumonia, but as I was sicker, I returned on Tuesday, and a new X-ray showed I DID have pneumonia! Again, the Dr I saw, Dr Sallee, had a really respectful and kind way of treating me. Everyone did, but the Dr was exceptionally polite, exceptionally kind, exceptionally respectful. Tests were run and evaluated, and meds were ordered and I'm feeling better. Dr Sallee was patient with every single question or statement. He was a pleasure to talk to, and I wasn't feeling pleasant. I am an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner. Unfortunately, I became an urgent care patient this morning. I will say one thing: if you have to be a patient, Sharp Rees Stealy Urgent Care in Rancho Bernardo provides absolutely outstanding care. I was having an irregular heart rhythm with palpitations, shortness of breath and dizziness. I was able to document an arrhythmia several times on my Apple Watch, send it to my computer and print it out to bring to urgent care. The sign in process was quick.
