Service with Sharp’s in Rancho Bernardo seemed to be good in the beginning, recently though, it first started with an eye appointment that I waited “over an hour and 15” minutes and still was waiting in the room the last 20 minutes until I left, I had to be at the airport. I couldn’t wait any longer. THEN an appointment with my dermatologist who “I like very much”, and the desk I guess forgot about me and I waited 55 minutes until I was brought in that day to have stitches removed. Love everything about Sharp Rees-Stealy RB. All the specialists are caring & compassionate. The Urgent Care staff is wonderful. We are new to Sharp and we feel blessed to get our Healthcare here.
I have come to this urgent care twice, once for my son and once for my mother. Both times, we were seen within a half hour. The nursing and pharmacy and radiology staff are all incredible. Both doctors were good. They’re all kind and attentive and communicative. They also all seem to like working with one another and it comes through in their work.
I would highly recommend this Urgent Care.
Adding to this review in response to their response. The doctor was great. It was a little vague at first, but he treated her and helped her and I have no complaints. I love your Urgent Care.
