After my first solar setup with Sunrun worked out so well, I decided to go bigger and add a second system and a couple Tesla batteries it’s been a game-changer. We live in an area with occasional blackouts, the real value for me was knowing my home wouldn’t go dark when the power goes out.
My project manager, Fran, was incredible from the start. He laid out the whole process clearly: what the timeline would look like, how the batteries integrate with the panels, and exactly what I’d have during an outage. I can keep everything on without the power going out. He stayed on top of everything, calling or texting with updates, answering my questions right away. He was super helpful and thorough with the entire process.
Then there’s Remman, the site technician, he was fantastic. Super friendly, patient, and thorough. He explained what he was doing step by step, made sure I was comfortable with how the batteries and system worked, and answered every question without rushing me. He left everything clean and professional.
You could tell they care about doing it right.
The whole experience from consultation to activation was smooth and professional.. Sunrun really took great care of me and I would recommend them to anyone, in fact I already referred them to a few friends. Thanks Sunrun!
