I first met Mark Naylor over 20 years ago. At that time we had just installed our pool. Mark was recommended by the pool company to install solar panels. Then he was just a guy and a truck. He expertly installed our pool panels. We brought him back 12 years to move some of his installation so we could put electrical solar panels. Up and now again to help with a roofing project. Always prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Mark and his company.
We've used Mark and his team for 20 years for our pool solar heating system. Recently we re-roofed and decided to proactively replace the system although it was performing well and never leaked. Austin was quick to respond with answers, and on a very short advance notice, they were able to quickly remove our panels for the roofing process.
After our new roof, Dave and his colleague installed our new panels in about 1/2 day and did a great job. We have found them to be very responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. Our pool and hot tub are in the upper 80s during the spring and summer which is appreciated by our family.
Made a call to Mark Naylor Solar and Mark came out promptly to make some repairs to my system. More repairs were needed and Dave and an associate handled those, and then there was one more leak that was so small i had to have them come back but they were prompt in responding and coming back to make sure all leaks were taken care of and my roof was protected from any moisture which could have caused damage.
