I've had relatively unproblematic skincare issues up until last year, when I started breaking out repeatedly and all over my neck out of (seemingly) nowhere. It was Adriana who asked all the questions I didn't think to ask myself to finally realize it was a new medication I had started (I confirmed with my Dr - breaking out was a side effect that wasn't shared with me). Not only did she help me figure out that mystery, but she's really helped with the post-acne healing in the last few months fading the resulting hyperpigmentation with the treatments she's given me and her suggested at-home skincare plan.
