I'm living temporarily in San Diego and just discovered Eco Chateau (Mission Valley location). So glad I did! I had a massage from Dominique, who was amazing! I went to school for massage therapy and struggle with getting massages since I'm so particular. She is phenomenal and intuitive and listens to your body. I will definitely be back before I go! I also used the infra-red sauna and got to let my muscles relax even further! Love this place. Do yourself a favor and GO!
Oh my god Shelley was freaking AWESOME ! I just had a baby and god knows I needed some self love to my body . I had so many knots on my body and I freaking felt it as she was doing the massage . Like it's crazy how much you don't know you need a full body massage until you're actually getting the massage ... she's super recommended , she applied a warm chamomile body oil which helps with your sore muscles , so GREAT ! For additional $10 which is not bad at all ! I honestly Can't wait to go back!!!! It was awesome ... also treated my honey with a massage for a massage himself , which he also did like a lot . Had a microdermabrasion facial by Lauren, it was fabulous!!! Even after 90 minutes I wasn't ready for it to end. It's been 2 days and skin still feels great. Can't wait to go see Lauren again!!!!
