True REST Float Spa

A friend of mine treated me to True Rest for my birthday and it was exactly what I needed. The young lady at front desk was very informative and made it easy to understand how to float and what to expect.The salts definitely took some of my years of pain away (for several hours). Will be heading back to see if I can get longer term benefits.

Went here for my birthday and it was exactly what I needed. I forgot his name but the guy at the front desk was very informative and friendly. I went with my husband but we were in separate rooms. I was able to connect my phone and play my own music (I recommend making a Playlist ahead of time) and was given earbuds. You literally just float unless you actively dunk your head in the water you won't sink.We also tried the oxygen stuff it was complementary with our first visit so we tried it but honestly I'm not sure if it did anything maybe its something that will show results over time. Today was my first time to visit and I loved it. It’s clean, relaxing and I just loved it. I ended up getting a super affordable membership so I can float regularly. It’s helpful that they have a parking garage so you don’t have to deal with finding parking in Hillcrest.
