I have been coming to True Rest for years now. I get out of the pods feeling so grounded with all my aches/pains dissolved. Floating helps quite the noise and chaos of everyday life. The staff are all so kind and professional. The pods and room are so clean and welcoming. I’m surprised by these pictures from the previous post. I floated in this pod last Friday and only saw corrosion from the magnesium- no mold/mildew. I recommend going and trying for yourself. This place/people have helped me immensely. Looking forward to many more floats.

Every time I come it’s a wonderful experience with top tier customer service from booking on the phone, text and arriving to the facility. Shyanne helped tonight and she’s awesome. Felt lucky to have her assist us tonight. The experience is like no other, rehabs the mind and body at the same time. If you’re thinking of doing it, do it. Thank yourself later

I've been to True REST Float Spa in 4 different states. This San Diego spot levels up to them all -- well organized, warm & friendly staff, and a float experience that you didn't think was necessary until the 60-min is over and wish there was more...and more. Becca (staff) made sure our float session was the BEST! She is a treat to know and truly cares that you have the float of a lifetime. Thanks Becca! -- Sam
