We had an incredible experience from start to finish! Jordan was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly responsive, helping us every step of the way with selecting bathroom fixtures and tile for our home renovation.

Jordan went above and beyond to answer our countless questions, offer thoughtful design advice, and make sure every detail was just right. Her expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference.

The quality of the products is exceptional. Every fixture and tile we selected is beautifully made and has exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the quality.

Beautiful showroom. Snotty, unhelpful sales people. We are remodeling 3 bathrooms in our house and we’re not given the time of day. Both sales associates were helping the same customers so we left and will go back to Emser Tile where we bought the floor tile for our entire house

First of all, this is probably the most beautiful showroom I have ever seen. The design was stunning, and the selection is HUGE, without being overwhelming. Galit (the salesperson working yesterday) was quite knowledgeable about not only the products, but certain elements of the install, which I quite admired! She took as good care of me as what she was able to with the resources she had, I believe.The part of this experience that made me less than happy was the complete lack of transparency when it came to pricing.
