I have never had to use their services before,but I was ran off the road and had to buy a new tire because of one of their drivers! I called the company several times, the first time I got the answering service, left a message, no one called me. I called them back, spoke with a man who told me someone from their corporate office would reach out to me, but that has yet to happen. So here I am before I go to the police to file a report for my insurance company. After that they better not try to contact me. I gave them a chance to resolve.

Was told their company policy was they would not service our equipment because we are in the wine and beer industry ! I found their attitude towards a potential new customer to be very bizarre.
