I wasn’t planning on leaving a review, but I felt this experience deserved one. Aiko was professional, polite, and made everything feel easy from the beginning. Sometimes first impressions matter and she made a good one immediately. She created a comfortable environment and made sure the experience stayed relaxing the whole way through. Her attention to detail and calm energy made a big difference. I left feeling lighter and in a better mood than when I arrived. Overall, a really positive experience. This has been my 'go-to' massage place for over five years - they must be doing something right. I have never have been propositioned for 'full service' or 'extras' and the masseuses have always worked out the soreness that drove me to get a massage in the first place. I have seen other reviews that are not so complementary or complaining about not getting that illegal 'happy ending'... those reviews are not my experience. Can't wait for them to reopen post coronavirus pandemic.
