I wanted to update my review and add another star because the owner, Jay, personally reached out to me. His message was very thoughtful and I appreciate him taking the time to find out his customers concerns and how the customer experience can be improved in the future. I plan on returning to Legacy Cleaners for future dry cleaning needs. While the second visit was not ideal, I receive excellent service during my first visit so I'm hopeful that my next visit will be as stellar as the first based on my communications with Jay.

If I could give 10/10 stars I would! My fiancé was in dire need of getting these pants for our wedding altered. We stopped in right as the tailor arrived on a Wednesday. She assured us she would finish them by the end of the night to get back to us. We told her we needed them by Friday and she said I'll have them back by the end of the night. The turn around time was outstanding! She was so willing and reassuring and does an IMPECCABLE job at alterations. They literally looked like a new pair of pants. Any alteration need I would highly highly recommend.

I am so happy I found Legacy! They do such a wonderful job- they're quick, professional, always get all the stains out of my clothes, and are so kind. I love the convenience of their location- I can fill up my car while I drop off or pick up clothes, and get a car wash. The owner is such a nice woman, I highly recommend coming here for all your dry cleaning needs!
