After three different visits over the last year I’m compelled to write a negative review. Each of the three times I brought clothes here for dry cleaning the orders was late but more egregious is that they failed to remove a simple grease stain and separately a sweat stain. Fortunately I was able to remove the grease stain with a little dish soap. Also when I asked them to repair a loose button on my most recent visit this was not done. Very disappointing considering this was an extra charge. I won’t be going back.

I dropped off a black Burberry trench coat and it came back still dirty with a lot of dog hair still on the coat. They didn't offer even a 10% discount. I'll be going somewhere else from now on.

I had a terrible experience when I tried to get my clothes tailored. They returned my clothes a week late, charged me more than they originally said, and didn't take the clothes in enough. This means there was excess fabric, I asked them to remove some of it, and they didn't do all of it. And on top of it, the old woman who owns the place was rude and impatient multiple times. I would never, ever take my clothes here again for any purpose.
