“Our HOA has used Mr. Scape for years to maintain:

-Walkways,carports & driveway, parking area cleaned using blower
-Irrigation checked once per month
-Weeds & litter removed from planters area
-Shrubs & ground cover trimmed as needed

They come twice a month and recently removed the high maintenance and messy Carrotwood Tree and replaced with Mexican Sage and mulch. See the photos of the beautiful transformation from before and after below.

“We worked with Project Manager Joe Hillel on a non-dwelling “rebuild” of our outdoor shed to go from an 100 year old crumbling, leaking garage with existing plumbing for laundry to a beautiful well-made out building for laundry, tools and stuff and a full bathroom followed by reconstruction/remodel of our only interior bathroom. The “rebuild” is in quotes because we required by the city to rebuild rather than build new. Really though, it is hard to see what remains from the original, and that is a very good thing because it had wood rot, termite damage, etc. Our experience was very good. Joe and the office team worked through San Diego’s very long and tedious permit application process - a process that is not for the impatient or faint of heart!

Once we were able to begin construction, we truly appreciated and were impressed by the communication that happened throughout the process between Joe as the Project Manger and George, the Foreman as well as George and the crew. Everyone was reliable, conscientious, and demonstrated respect for our little part of San Diego, which in our experience is not something all crews and companies do. Additionally, we consistently saw other folks from the main office come through to take pictures and check in on progres, or come by for inspections.

We are very happy with our new out building - we call it “The Out House” - and our interior bathroom and look forward to enjoying them for many, many years to come.

I am not yet ready to think our future projects (it is an old house and there will be future projects…), but when it is time, we call Joe H. at Designs4You. He cares about the work, customer satisfaction, and brings lots of experience to the project. Perhaps most importantly, he is an involved project manager.“

“Ronnie and his crews were great! Ronnie is super professional, genuine, and was right on top of getting things done.I had just moved into a 6,000 sq ft lot and needed the lawn trimmed after this rain season. I guess trimmed is a bit of an understatement, some weeds were 3-4ft tall... it was like a mini jungle!! I have 2 small dogs and worried about them with snakes and other critters since it is getting warming out. Ronnie quoted me and at first I thought it was expensive, but once I saw the job it made sense. Plus, had to haul back a full truck load of the debris. All in all, Ronnie was personally very helpful and his crews did a wonderful job. He had about 7 men come out to work on the yard and they got done surprisingly quick! It was a full team effort, and now I felt bad for asking my bf to try to do it!! Haha.The crews did a very good job and made the place look even better than I had ever seen it. “San Diego Design and Build are owned by two brothers Oscar and Steve who have done several small to medium sized jobs for me in the past. They are very competitive with their bids and as contractors go, I found them to be very friendly and accommodating individuals. So, when I needed a studio built on my property, I already knew they were the go-to guys.
