“My grandparents recently had their backyard completely redone by Sunny Builders Group, we hadn’t visited since before it was done and oh my goodness the difference is amazing! “10 STARS!!!! Truly exceptional!Alec and Kurt were beyond amazing! We initially hired them to transform our backyard and then had them return within 6 months to beautify our front yard. They were absolutely wonderful in terms of professionalism, communication, workmanship, and work ethics. For the backyard, we wanted a modern patio, landscaping, and raised vegetable beds that integrated with our existing rainwater catchment system. During the design phase, they were happy to incorporate all of my unusual requests as much as possible while guiding us with valuable information on what would work well in terms of plants, design, and the irrigation system. More importantly, they understood our philosophy and desire for conserving water while creating a beautiful refuge. The entire Drab to Fab team was also super friendly and a pleasure to have on site. And when needed, they called in excellent subcontractors (example: plumber for a leaking underground pipe, electrical work for lighting, etc.) who also did great work. After completion of our projects, two unexpected complications arose - one due to the unusual amount of rain we’ve had and another partially due to cheap materials used in our original home build and poor property management prior to our buying our house. They came up with a wonderful solution for the rain related issue by adding a gorgeous biobasin to the back yard design. And because the other issue was related to a boulder used in the front yard landscaping (again, this was unexpected, unforeseen, and not their fault at all), they took responsibility right away and called for a plumber and crane to resolve the issue even though they were on vacation! Other contractors working on our house have given us the run-around for far more serious issues (examples: not doing work agreed to, heavy tool dropped onto our car from the roof that could have killed someone).I wish we had more properties for them to landscape! P.S. I NEVER write online reviews, and I was not asked to write this one. This is how impressed I have been with Drab to Fab.“

“For the past 3 years, CM Precision has trimmed two olive trees in my front yard and the adjacent neighbor's tree which grows over both the sidewalk and my driveway.They are quick to respond to my request to schedule services and show up as scheduled.The results are outstanding. Doug, Jason and the whole team were professional, communicative, and did excellent work to turn our awful looking yard into a living space we can come to enjoy for years. “I want to share the awesome experience I had with Alfaro G Landscaping. I had a major sprinkler emergency on a Saturday morning. They were the only company that said would come today. I called multiple companies but none were available. The two gentleman that came took care of the emergency and informed me what caused the issue. They even fixed some of my sprinkler heads while they worked on the main problem. They were very well priced and I was 100% satisfied with the quality of work they provided. My back yard would still be flooded is these guys didn’t make time to assist me.“

“Tommy and Sun Diego Landscape & Design were very quick to come look at our fencing project and provide an estimate. He was also very helpful in some of the design decisions that other fence contractors were unwilling to discuss or include as part of the build. They were able to customize all the details we wanted.The workmanship was great quality and his crew does fast work but with high level of attention to detail. They are also a very polite and clean crew, which is not always the case. They made sure to tidy up at the end of each day and were very polite and friendly.Lastly, when there was hiccups along the way, which is inevitable on any project. “You know you did something right when multiple neighbors are walking by your house and stop to ask for the contractors information! Words cannot express how happy I am with our front yard. Helena and her team were beyond amazing from the initial conversation about what my needs and goals were for the front yard, to wrapping everything up on time and leaving me with a vision come to life. Helena was very conscious of my budget every step of the way, and offered many options to help me achieve the look I wanted. She was very honest about design changes and pricing increase that would result from those changes. Helena was also incredibly responsive - even responding to my emails about design questions at 10pm on a Saturday night. I truly felt she went above and beyond for me. Also, her project manager Alfredo and his team were the most professional, kind, punctual, and hard working folks I have seen on a project (and I've remodeled multiple homes). They were on time everyday, they were extremely efficient, and helped get my front yard done according to our timelines. “Carlos and his crew came out and trimmed a bunch of palm trees for us. They were super fast and thorough. They cleaned everything up nicely and gave us a great price. I've never seen our palm trees look so clean. The whole crew was nice and made sure to move anything breakable out of the way which I really appreciated. “Ronnie and his crews were great! Ronnie is super professional, genuine, and was right on top of getting things done.I had just moved into a 6,000 sq ft lot and needed the lawn trimmed after this rain season. I guess trimmed is a bit of an understatement, some weeds were 3-4ft tall... it was like a mini jungle!! I have 2 small dogs and worried about them with snakes and other critters since it is getting warming out. Ronnie quoted me and at first I thought it was expensive, but once I saw the job it made sense. Plus, had to haul back a full truck load of the debris. All in all, Ronnie was personally very helpful and his crews did a wonderful job. He had about 7 men come out to work on the yard and they got done surprisingly quick! It was a full team effort, and now I felt bad for asking my bf to try to do it!! Haha.The crews did a very good job and made the place look even better than I had ever seen it. I also have a lime and orange tree and they were very gentle around them. He also mentioned to me that he is an electrical engineer, too.
