The gym lacks proper supervision, and some equipment needs better maintenance, but it is better equipped than other recently remodeled LA Fitness gyms. I see people unjustly post bad reviews about this gym and I wanted to chime in. Nowadays, people will find just about anything to complain about. I’ve been going here for about 6 years now and I think the gym is great: no frills, but convenient, clean and close to home. It’s never super crowded if you go in the morning or later in the evening, and it more than gets the job done for all your gym necessities. Additionally, I really appreciate their new post COVID schedule when they’re open until 11 PM Monday through Thursday. The only thing to improve is if they were to stay open later on Fridays and weekends. So don’t listen to the negative naysayers...read full review
This is a great workout facility, it is always nice and clean. I tried few fitness places before and they seemed to have a problem to keep the place clean thru out the day. Also, they did not put too much chlorine in the pool so your eyes and skin do not feel irritated after few minutes of swimming.
Numerous machines and free weight stations. Some do need to be lubricated and maintained properly as some do have rust. Gym lacks proper supervision as janitorial staff are not doing a proper job of making sure gym facilities are fully stocked as paper towels dispensers are empty or sanitizing stations are out of wipes and on that note, another wipe dispenser is needed as there are only 2 in the in such a large gym. Like that there is an elevator for the second floor and a juice bar. But overall it's better equipped than other recently remodeled LA fitness gyms.
