Terrible people and the receptionist has poor communication skills. Staff acts like they are above you and mistreats people of lower social status. Do not use this business if your a minority. Read reviews on how they treat people of certain ethnicity and social status before arriving. Recommend when you speak to staff to memorize everyone's name and you can file a grievance through your insurance

Even this one star I don't want to give them, my mother had left arm fracture 3 month ago, Although her bone is recovered, her wrist still hurts, can't twist and lift, left arm muscles still shrink. the EDD form said expected return work date, obviously, my mother is not fit for duty yet, Heidi and Rickard are just so cold blood! They just refused to give my mother an extension on Expected Return Work Date.We don't want to be greedy and collect too much welfare, but let's at least get my mom's wrist back into working condition. The EDD form clearly states the expected return work date. With my mother’s current condition, can she return to work? Who would hire her?

Receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful. Asked for her name and she kept hanging up on me. She felt super entitled over the phone so I told her I was on my way to get her information. She locked the doors for the day with a note on the door. Now I'm out waiting for her to come out and in the meantime redirecting all their patients that are showing up letting them know of the disrespect and potential legal issues. Update** rude receptionist tried calling the police and lied and said I was coming to kill her so I couldn't get her name to report her hahaha police came out and found that to be untrue.
