Their hours online are not their actual hours and they randomly close throughout the day. They gave me a pickup date and it was not ready on the pickup date which was a week from when I had brought it in. Once I went to pickup the item was exactly the same as when I had dropped it off. I had asked when dropping off if they would be able to remove a makeup stain from the neck of a white dress and they said yes, I got it back and aside from the stain still being there there was a new stain on the front as well.

Took two brand new pairs of jeans to be hemmed. They didn't even come close to matching the thread color and I felt bad asking to have them both fixed so I just asked for the one jeans that are really off to be redone. The person just said we don't have that color. I would have appreciated that information before they butchered my pants.

They STOLE my wife's wedding dress. After weeks, then months, of them saying it wasn't done yet. I came back eventually for them to tell me that they don't have it anymore.Doesn't PQ deserve better than this?
