During a time of supply chain crunches and insane estimates being thrown around by contractors, Jeff and his team provided an honest estimate (for both cost and schedule) and delivered everything on time and professionally.Look no further for your window replacements! We talked to 4 or 5 companies and Jeff came in as the fastest and cheapest. We have worked with DHI on two projects now. The first was to replace our townhome sliding doors and windows six years ago. They were professional and had competitive pricing. We turned to Jeff again when we had an urgent need to replace our screen on the sliding door that our toddler had cut up right before we leased our home. We contacted Jeff and he had a contractor there to repair it within three days! Can't recommend them enough!

I didn't end up using them but Larry was clearly very knowledgable and was very helpful in scoping and estimating a job and explaining exactly what needed to be done and way, much more so than other companies from whom I got quotes. I would highly recommend giving them a shot - they clearly know what they are doing and found that very informative with good guidance and highly trustworthy.

I requested a service from Yelp to replace the glass in 6 fogged windows. Yelp recommended Distictive Home Service for this work. The vendor called was very polite and nice, but said they do not do this type of work. They dis supply me with a referral for someone who did. My eating for Distinctive Home Services is high. My rating for Yelp is low (1 - 0 if I could) since I picked one of their categories and the suggested a contractor who did not do that type of work.

I was looking for a screen door to add to my French doors, so I messaged the company about it. I received a phone call, and they talked over the details of my project. I was early in the planning phase, and they really helped me by suggesting a retractable screen door to keep the beauty of my French doors. I hadn't even considered that. They did inform me that they wouldn't be able to provide that service, but they referred me to other companies that did. I was so impressed that they took the time to help me even if it wasn't going to benefit them. Awesome customer service right there! I can't even imagine how helpful they would be for things they do provide! Now I have my retractable screen doors, and they were right! It was definitely the best decision for my situation. Use them for their expertise and wonderful customer service.

They were extremely responsive, sent me materials on different products so that I could do my own research, price was reasonable, the door and window arrived earlier than expected and the installers were prompt and efficient. We had the pleasure of working with Jeff Adams, owner of Distinctive Home Improvements (DHI) and had such a wonderful Customer Experience!! Jeff's Install Team led by Danny N. as well as the company's overall customer service, install performance and competitive price point of their product was nothing short of outstanding!! We had all 33 windows and 1 French Door replaced in our house with the outstanding product of Anlin Windows. And despite all the ongoing supply chain delivery challenges, Jeff worked arduously with the manufacturer to have all the windows completed, delivered and installed in very short order! -We started this endeavor with a list of 10 prospective Window Contractors based on Yelp, Home Advisor, and Buildzoom reviews. -We narrowed down the list from 10 Window Contractors to 5 Window Contractors based on a more in depth reading of reviews, testimonials, photos from the aforementioned websites along with using other Open Source Data available on the web. -We then conducted in-person interviews with all 5 of those remaining contractors. -We narrowed down the list of 5 Window Contractors to 3 Window Contractors based on their professionalism, promptness, honesty, integrity and sincerity conveyed during the in-person interview/interchange as well as the "perceived" aggressive nature of their respective sales approach -We invited those 3 remaining Window Contractors to submit formal written bids because those 3 Window Contractors displayed punctuality, professionalism and transparency throughout our engagement. Jeff Adams was BY FAR the MOST HONEST and GENUINE individual we met which is a tribute to his integrity and impeccable character! Jeff DID NOT try to "up sale" his offered Window product but rather educate me as the Customer on his Anlin product. He shared with me what sets it apart/discriminates it from other available products such as Milgard and Simonton Windows in terms of historic serviceability, dependability and longevity. Before making our final decision, I also did a bit of independent research myself and confirmed the factual data points presented to me by Jeff. To make things even sweeter, I learned because of Jeff's past successes in working exclusively with Anlin Windows, he was able to offer me an EXTREMELY Competitive Price Point compared to the other 2 vendors.....and all for what I understood to be a far more superior product overall. Finally, the Install Team, supervised by Marty and led by Danny N., Andres, Bobby etc all did a FABULOUS job!! Extremely quick, efficient, and so accommodating!! They asked me if I had any questions before, during and after the install process. They walked me through every room to ensure I was satisfied with the overall install........ just a FIRST-RATE JOB!! So if you are looking for a Window Contractor who is not only astute in his tradecraft and whose honesty and loyalty runs deep, Jeff Adams and his company, Distinctive Home Improvement will not disappoint!!! Given this was a huge 1-time investment for us, to say we were EXTREMELY HAPPY with the process from start to finish would be an understatement!!!

We definitely recommend Distinctive Home Improvements for replacement windows. They worked with us on the price for our budget and the windows are BEAUTIFUL! It made our house look like a brand new home. They delivered on time and we got exactly what we ordered, no surprises. They came and removed the old windows and replaced 23 windows all in one day. They also have you do a walk through with a team member to make sure everything was done correctly.
