Both Banfield Clinics took very good care of my cat Grace. Our normal clinic did a wonderful job diagnosing her issue and the Santee clinic was wonderful with her surgery and post surgery care.
My experience with Banfield has been good they take good care of my dogs.
When my dog died from age related issues they did an excellent job of making the process was as painless as possible for all concerned at a fair and reasonable price.
I also like mention they have a variety of plans to fit most budgets.

My dog came in for a librela shot which was supposed to be a short visit but right at the office he peed and I noticed a blood clot. Immediately I was freaking out. Nurse Marci took Bear Bear back to check on him. She was very empathetic and you could tell that she cared. We were able to squeeze him in and do what we needed to do. I had to come back the next day for a urinalysis and found out he had a UTI. Everything was short a short turn around time but the staff was very accommodating. Nurse Marci is an all in one star— she does everything and everything to make sure the pt is well taken care of! Please give her a raise!
