They are the best! I took my dog in on the weekend for an ear infection. I was so worried about the cost and they were able to help! Not only did the treat the ear infection, they updated his vaccines and provided his flea medication. All this with the wellness program they offer! I cannot remember the names of who helped me 12/2, but thank you ladies! Oreo is doing so much better!

Had our first visit there with them today with a little one who wasn’t feeling well. Excellent service all around so far. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind, always showing lots of love for our furry friends calling them “kiddo” and such. I felt like she was in great hands and will visit more in the future. < Picture: the bag they gave us her meds in :) >

The staff at Banfield were so incredibly kind during a very difficult time for my family. We had to put down our 15 year old dog, Auggie, and were able to get a same-day appointment even though we were new to the Banfield system. We felt very supported and the staff took great care in ensuring Auggie was as comfortable as possible. They allowed us as much time as we wanted to say our goodbyes and moved furniture around to make sure we could all be in the room together. Can’t recommend this location enough.
