“Ana has been my hairstylist for about 10 years. She is very skilled and confident in what she does. I personally like that she has an artistic eye and will suggest what haircut or haircolor looks better on you upon request. Her tasteful choice of music playing in the background adds to the general ambiance. Her salon is conveniently located in the vibrant Mission street neighborhood and is easily accessible by BART (get off at Mission/ 16th and walk for 10 min). I have long thick, but fine hair and I color it medium brown. The haircuts I get with Ana are easy to maintain and does not require a lot of styling. I wash it and blow dry and it looks gret. I don't live in San Francisco, but continue to make time to return to Heartzilla, because Ana truly is a rare find!“

She really takes the time to get to know you and your hair, to consult with you what style and service you should get, and works with you to determine what colors or cuts would look best on you. She uses only the highest end hair products and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and she really loves what she does. “I've been getting facials and other services from both Kristen's for years (Kristen Marie & Kristen Dudum). They are both amazing!!! They are so gentle and inform you of the process every step of the way. You can easily book with them on their website. Their location in San Mateo is easy to find and has an ample amount of street parking. Inside their rooms, it is very peaceful and relaxing. Some of the services I have tried from them have been - nano-infusion, derma planning, peels, back facials, regular custom facials and most recently a hydraderm facial, which was great! I've always had problem skin and it's honestly never looked better. I've even gotten compliments for the first time in years. As an added bonus, they have a stamp card so you can receive a service for 25% on your 6th visit. Thank you so much, Kristen & Kristen!!“

“I would absolutely recommend Jen for your special day. She was very responsive and organized leading up to my wedding. Jen was flexible and came to my apartment so I was comfortable during our time together. She was personable with me and my family and made me feel and look beautiful. I sent a few photos of what I wanted and she nailed the hair and makeup look I was going for, and then some. I got natural makeup with airbrush and a low chignon so that I could look like me but still special for my big day. I got so many compliments and the best part is that my hair and makeup lasted from 10 AM - 11 PM with only lipstick touch ups! “I've been going to Wholistic for years now, and it is always wonderful. If I let too long go between appointments, I begin to feel my face suffering. Ivonne is very professional but also very friendly and relaxing to spend a couple of hours with. You can get a general facial, or a more technical treatment for specific problems. Ivonne is very knowlegable! My teens have gone to her as well for acne treatments and have come home much more interested in caring for their skin than they ever were when I was telling them what to do. I highly recommend her whether you need specific treatments or just want to relax for an hour and come out looking lovely.“

“"update! Came in for a 12 months touch up as my previous cover up started showing a bit. As usual,Stella worked her magic! She took her time to draw and align my brows and even stretched the ends a bit. I love visiting her not only because she's the only person I trust, but because of her bubbly, friendly and honest personality!The session took about 1.5 hours, which is normal from start to finish. We stuck with the combo ombré for that soft natural touch. Absolutely in love! The after-care is important and Stella does an amazing job at reminding me of that. As you can see in my updated photo, absolutely flawless- thanks to her! I will never trust anyone else, wherever she goes; best believe I most likely will follow her haha. “My regular benefit brow bar has been closed because the person is out for the time being (and has been for minute). I haven't had my brows waxed in about 2+ months. I'm realizing that all ultas are different. I scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks in advance. However this ulta does not do call reminder. Which is fine by me I just keep everything in my calendar. But if you are expecting one, probably not? I got there a smidge early and decided to walk around and pick up somethings I know I needed. The benefit brow bar is just on the right hand side as you enter the building. Sheena was my brow expert today. OMG PEOPLE! SHE'S AMAZING! I just asked for my brows to keep its shape. She did just that but better. She started with trimming my brows before waxing them down. After the wax, she tweezed the little stragglers out, and evened out my brows. I 100% recommend booking with her! She's amazing! I will definitely be back!“
