“Curtis came out to look at our refrigerator that had stopped working, (only had it for a few years, did not have the five year warranty however, ) so called him Tuesday of 4th of July week. He even put his next client on hold because our food was spoiling, which was very nice. He said it was a defrost problem, so we took a day to defrost it then to turn it back on, before he left that first day I said if it’s not a defrost problem, can I call you back, he said yes no extra charge. Unfortunately, it was not a defrost problem but he did come back over on Saturday, (Friday was 4th of July) diagnosed the problem and on Monday it was fixed. Yay. I am not happy with how long it took, but again considering it was Fourth of July weekend I was grateful for his time and that he was in town to help. He was always courteous and kind, even had dog biscuits for our two little dogs. Very thoughtful! Hopefully, we will not need appliance help again but if we do, he was helpful and got the job done.“
