Fast, friendly, above and beyond! How refreshing to walk into a business and be welcomed with such positive energy by Brenda and also a gentleman who was unloading items from his truck outside. Highly recommend this business!

Brenda goes above and beyond to help. My mom who wants what she wants and has an old old vacuum that my dad bought when I was a child but it's more about sentimental value...well Brenda keeps fixing it!! She is so very sweet! My 85 year old mom and I thank you for always helping us!

We've dealt with Vacuums, Etc. for several years, and are delighted to commend the new owner, Brenda (and the renamed Vacuum, Etc. & More, now in her new, way-better location). She is one awesome owner / proprietor, who listens in order to fully understand the customer needs. Even several months after we moved to San Antonio TX, she helped us with a warranty claim with Riccar (fantastic vac, with a couple problems, now being resolved). Brenda was the sales associate who facilitated the purchase. It's not often a vacuum / sewing / accessories company is positively reviewed, but Brenda is one fantastic owner who will respect you, and properly (and economically) service...read full review
