    Makeba has helped me change my life. I have lost over 25lbs and numerous inches. I am healthier in my mid-60’s than I have ever been. She works one-on-one with me, challenging and celebrating successes. And on days when I am unable to make it into the gym, she comes to me via zoom! And she offers great gym challenges ?

    Makeba is the best! She puts together a workout just for you, based on your fitness level and goals. She’ll even do live zoom workouts if you’re unable to get into the gym. I’ve never been as healthy as I’ve been the last few years since working out with her.

Personal Training-All clients are met on a 1-on-1 basis, in order to keep things specific. I start at your level of fitness. I can offer individualized meal plans. Bootcamps- I also teach bootcamps. My bootcamp sessions are fast-paced and designed to give you an all-inclusive workout! TRX- I also teach TRX classes. I will challenge your endurance on and off the straps. I will walk you through how to use the TRX, I will teach you the best ways to adjust resistance and give you easy to follow tips for progressing, and an overview of a basic set of foundational exercises!

Wednesday: 4AM - 5:30PM
Thursday: 4AM - 2PM
Friday: 4AM - 6:30PM
