The KItchen and Bath Crate program was seem-less. From the first meeting to the design team meeting to the demo, construction and finish work. The project manager lets you know every evening what will happen the next day, and it does. Their team is friendly and courteous, and they all have their expertise and know their trade. If you see something that you think needs a little tweak, they will make sure they follow your wishes. This is my second experience with them. They gutted and renovated my bathroom six years ago. We absolutely needed a kitchen upgrade and refresh but I dreaded doing one because of the horror stories I had heard and witnessed. I contacted Kitchen & Bath Crate and both my husband and I were extremely impressed with their presentation and the fact that they rarely use sub-contractors. We moved foward with the project and are absolutely thrilled with the results! Our Project Manager texted evrry night with who would be on site the next day and what their focus would be.
