“The check in process was easy and Gina, our host was awesome! Both of us scheduled massages back to back. You pick from four fresh herbs which your therapist uses to make both aroma and oil for your treatment. Our therapist Bridget was excellent and went above and beyond. I had the 50 minute Zenith... Locker room was clean and neat. Shower was good after figuring out how the two handles operated the water from the rain shower and handheld. The ladies room shower water pressure was terrible. Annoyingly they add a 20% service charge of which ONLY 15% goes to the therapist. Prices are high so be prepared to drop $300 or more if you tip 20% So glad we are not staying at the hotel...see separate review.“

“I originally came across Health spa Napa valley on resortpass.com, but ended up booking through them directly for massages for three friends and me during a trip to Napa. We enjoyed our services and had a nice time relaxing by the pool. Christina was super helpful - she ordered us lunch from the restaurant next door and brought it to us by the pool, and also managed to rescue my watch after I left it in the robe pocket! We will be back!“

“We had a wonderful experience at Golden Haven Spa! The mineral pools and spas are lovely and a great way to spend some time relaxing before a treatment. We tried a mineral mud bath which was quite an experience. I didn't know what to expect, but our spa attendant, Kim, walked us through the process and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Overall, it was a rejuvenating and fun new experience, and my skin was glowing after! Thanks Golden Haven!“

“Booked an overnight staycation with our party of 4 to enjoy the amenities and go swimming at the mineral pool after a wine tasting and dining around Calistoga. We booked online for a room and were excited to check out the mineral pool which is open until midnight for guests and it is nice and warm! There's a smaller and cooler adult pool as well. There's a snack bar there to order food and drinks. They also had 3 showers in the women's locker area. We checked in the afternoon and swam until dinner. Then went back for the evening until midnight then the next morning. The water was great even during the summer. The room and amenities were pretty spacious, it was easy to get around. We didnt book any treatments this time around at the spa. But they have free coffee for guests from 7-10am in a certain area up front. Also located to other stores and walking distance for dining options. Then have a kids playing area and offer morning yoga. Attended one of the yoga sessions and it was great! If you're looking for a staycation not too far from the Bay Area this is a great spot! Lots of different places to also fill up your water bottles!“
