1030 Main St, St Helena“The check in process was easy and Gina, our host was awesome! Both of us scheduled massages back to back. You pick from four fresh herbs which your therapist uses to make both aroma and oil for your treatment. Our therapist Bridget was excellent and went above and beyond. I had the 50 minute Zenith... Locker room was clean and neat. Shower was good after figuring out how the two handles operated the water from the rain shower and handheld. The ladies room shower water pressure was terrible. Annoyingly they add a 20% service charge of which ONLY 15% goes to the therapist. Prices are high so be prepared to drop $300 or more if you tip 20% So glad we are not staying at the hotel...see separate review.“

1713 Lake St, Calistoga“Wonderful massage experience for an anniversary getaway. Semi- covered mineral pools and hot tubs were very warm and comforting on a cold rainy day. Bathrobes were given to use the pools before our massage appt time and before room was ready. Lodging was clean and warm. Bonus EV charger available in parking. Free bicycles to use but it was too rainy. Would visit again.“
“We have visited this hotel about 10 times over the last 20 years. It started out very affordable. They have been expanding their facility by adding rooms and a restaurant. It was a wonderful escape, especially during the winter with their Olympic size mineral spring pool. It was/is magical to see the steam rising off the springs and looking up at the stars at night with my daughter. She was a stressed out middle schooler/high school student when we 1st discovered ISR. At the time, it was a little pricey, but something we could afford occasionally. Now, let's just say big bucks! My daughter is now a doctor and married, and she recently visited for the holidays. I looked for something special for a relaxing time because of holiday travel and their work lives. I was so lucky to speak to Eli to inquire about a 2 day stay. Out of all our visits I feel this was the friendliest conversation and pretty much booked it because of Eli. She booked at a very busy time my special requests. I booked two rooms but did not want them side-by-side. Maybe just a couple of rooms apart but in the same building. Can you believe I had the nerve to ask this during the Christmas season? She not only did not laugh in my face, but she actually booked it perfectly. I have to say this is the first friendly and personal service I've ever received at Indian Springs. It is a very popular place so I will give them that. Thank you Eli for giving my family & I a very wonderful & relaxing memory. Best to you and Happy New year.“
“This was my first stay and I booked my next stay within hours of checking out. That is how wonderful my stay was! We stayed in room 112 on the ground floor overlooking the bar. I was worried at first since many reviews complained about the noise from the bar next door. Yes, you can hear the music but if you have the tv on, you can barely hear it. The music ends around 1030pm. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Each room has a mini fridge, hair dryer and extra linens. The breakfast breads, fruit and coffee were a lovely way to start our day. The staff are amazing! From the front desk to housekeeping to the spa therapists, they were friendly, professional and made us feel welcome. We got massages, a Brazilian sugar scrub and a private sound bath and each service was incredible. Shout out to Dylan and Kelssea! The 24 hour geothermal hot tub and heated pool were heaven in the winter. We liked that the outdoor space was set back from the hotel so none of the noise carried into the rooms. There's lots of lounge chairs and a bar that I think is only open during the summer. Other guests said you could watch the summer outdoor movies at the bar next door from the pool! Street parking was easy and safe, and you can walk to restaurants, boutique shops and other resorts. Not having to drive anywhere once we arrived was a huge plus. And there's a grocery store on the same block. My only concern during our stay was the step up to the shower which was also tiled. There aren't any grab bars which made me nervous. There are ADA rooms so definitely book those if a step-up shower is a concern. Overall, I am obsessed with this hotel and can't wait to come back.“

“I originally came across Health spa Napa valley on resortpass.com, but ended up booking through them directly for massages for three friends and me during a trip to Napa. We enjoyed our services and had a nice time relaxing by the pool. Christina was super helpful - she ordered us lunch from the restaurant next door and brought it to us by the pool, and also managed to rescue my watch after I left it in the robe pocket! We will be back!“
