Very professional staff, grounds were kept up and beautiful, the pool, jacuzzis/facilities and steam room were very clean. Original door keys and entrance door room need updating due to security.

Me and my 2 besties came here on a girls getaway trip. I was skeptical based on the reviews that I read, but I was pleasantly surprised that our experience was nothing like the reviews. From the moment I called to make our reservations to the end of our services, I was met with nothing less than kindness and professionalism. Jessica took my initial call to schedule our services and offered to waive the pool fee for 2 of us. I then had to call back and revise our services with Betty and she was very kind and accommodating. Once we finally arrived for our services, everyone was so nice. Customer service was top notch. I have just returned from a couples spa treatment at Roman Spa. It was a gift and though my partner had never had the Calistoga "mud" experience he was up for giving it a try.Growing up in Sonoma County, Calistoga and mud has been a part of my life for decades. I do think it is a very unique experience and one that if you have never been to Calistoga or taken a mud treatment, should read about the process and the history of Calistoga.The spa center is as I remember most of the spa's.
