I had a really great experience here. The office smelled fresh and looked very clean and tidy, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I came in for a TB test, and the whole process was quick and smooth from start to finish. The staff was extremely friendly, kind, and efficient, which made the visit even better.
Sydney brought me back, and she was so gentle, professional, and welcoming. I barely felt the shot at all. So fat so good. I've been going here for years. As if late my only complaint is that when I leave a message, no one calls me back. Prior covid, if I called, I would receive a call back in 24 hours. Now I have a standing appointment for my B-12 shot.
I just want to come here and say I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this weightloss clinic. The doctor probably thinks I fell off but I’ve been taking only half of my pill a day and not every single day because I have actually made a complete change in the way I have been eating just from the way that he explained everything in my initial intake appointment about how to eat, what I should not eat, and also portion control. I have lost 25lbs and work hard everyday to keep making positive changes. I would definitely recommend this clinic the staff is very nice and respectful every time I had an appointment.
