We have been going to Natomas Family Practice for 2 years now and have walked away completely impressed with each visit. It's exactly the empathetic, kind, gentle, honest care that my husband, son, and myself have all experienced, and have been looking for! Jessica Sawyer, PA - our first encounter - an awesome first impression to have with her easy to talk to/comforting approach, which we felt immediately even during a tense situation (with a very squirmy, screaming, angry, intolerant 3yr old). We enjoyed our conversation and her willingness to take her time in making sure our questions were answered thoroughly despite the screaming toddler. Michael Louie, PA easily gained our trust with his empathetic listening and asking all the right questions to get to the bottom of things. Both my husband and I have been seen by him and his care inspires a confidence - no doubt that you're being well take care of. More recently I was seen by Dr. Patrick Lau, MD and i was again amazed at having the same experience yet a 4th time. i can't say it enough - Caring, thorough, gentle, peace of mind... are just some of the words to describe the experience. When you're down and out or need fixing you just want to feel fixed and these doctors know how to accomplish that. Thank you all at Natomas Family Practice for what you do.
