Sutter Medical Plaza Natomas is a welcoming facility with friendly staff. The medical team is known for their helpfulness and niceness, making patients feel at ease. The building offers ample parking, including spaces for normal and larger-sized vehicles. The lab is conveniently located downstairs, allowing for easy access to lab work. Additionally, the practice has offices on multiple floors, making it a pleasant and efficient experience for patients.
The care at Sutter Medical Plaza Natomas is excellent. However, the facility itself did not meet my expectations for a medical center. There is only one waiting area for all patients, which makes it difficult to know where to go. I often have to check the sheet posted on the doors to find out which doctor is in which office, and this can change if doctors move around, so it may not be the same door on your next visit. Additionally, I wish the building had its own radiology department. Having to travel across town to another facility just to get an X-ray is inconvenient.
While I was lucky to have “good veins,” I was even luckier to have the talented and friendly Joseph draw my blood. I’m grateful for his warm energy and keeping me distracted from the blood work that would otherwise make me anxious. Keep doing you, Joseph!
Scheduled an appointment as a new patient which was 2 months out and the staff reached out to confirm and get my insurance information. Two weeks before my appointment they email to say no one at this location is accepting new patients and so my appointment was cancelled! Sutter Health spams my social media with ads yet there’s almost no doctors accepting patients. Every time I try to join Sutter Health this occurs.
