Haphazard, and haphazardly and poorly run. That's three times I've had to reschedule an appointment, all because someone entered my phone number wrong in their records. This place is so frustrating and it makes me so angry.

I got an email saying my dr had changed over to sacramento community clinic. The email was from them saying that the change over would happen smoothly for patients. I called today to get a refill on some medication. I told the lady the name of my Dr and she said what's his first name, there's thousands of Dr's with that same last name. I told her I had no idea and that I've been a patient of his for years that the location of which I was calling. She said we have no record of you. I said didn't the company you work for just buy out the clinic that i was a pstient of. She said you'll have to make an appointment with your Dr to be reestablished as a patient of ours. Worse than 1 star! I went in to FINALLY see Dr. Filmore after waiting for like 2 months and having them reschedule me the day of my appointment because the doctor wasn't in that day. Like, you couldn't tell me earlier?! I'm surprised they didn't reschedule me again. The doctor wasn't helpful at all! She's an old lady that doesn't care about you. I requested for bloodwork and she didn't want to do it. I found a picture in my work about my health issue that might be connected to acne and she told me her time is up and she can't stay longer.
