I finally got the strength to reach out for help and the person who answered my call told me they weren't accepting new clients and hung up on me without offering me any kind of support for where else I can go.

The wait time to call and make an appointment is more then 50 minutes . Sometimes I been on hold to get disconnected at the end . They don’t give messages to the Doctors ether or the Doctors don’t care, ether way the result is the same. Your medication is not manage the way it should be, that puts the patient in danger .Very sad

Thanks to the response from Mercy, I was able to speak to someone who understood and could help me. Best of all my child was able to receive an appointment. Still disappointed about the scheduling line but now have an alternative. The patient advocate was amazing....5 stars for her!
