I called them this morning regarding my broken heater, they made it to my house by 10 am and fixed the problem. Gonzalo was very knowledgeable and honest. Definitely recommend them.
My air quit on Saturday evening. I sent an email on Saturday, since they’re closed Sunday. I called Monday morning & spoke with Ernesto. He set up a technician appointment for the 4-6 pm window. I got a call from technician Eric & he got there at 5:15 pm. Diagnosis was the dual capacitor went out. Fixed in about 30-35 minutes! Awesome! Ernesto was very friendly & professional. Eric was very polite, kind, efficient, professional & knowledgeable! I couldn’t find where to give them a 5 star rating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
