Great communication from office staff. Technician (Darek) showed up on time and was polite, friendly, and professional. He fixed the leak in my bathtub. I was assigned them through American Home Shield.

I was assigned this business thru AHS and I was pretty concerned about the multitude of bad reviews. I was scheduled for a service visit on July 25th and was serviced by a nice young man named Dustin. He came and immediately determined that I need a part replaced on our shower/tub in our guest bathroom. It took them till August 30 to complete the job but it was because of the part that was needed. Even though it took practically a month to complete the job, Dustin was professional and attentive about getting the job done correctly...and that I truly appreciated. called Budget Rooter to get the nearest available appointment for toilet issues on 25 May 2023 and was given a widow of 30 May 2023 9AM - 12PM,I asked if there was anything earlier since I only had one bathroom.The dispatcher said that because of the Memorial Day holiday there wasn't much she could do but to put me on a cancelation priority list. 5 minutes later she called me back and said her technician (Darek) would be finishing up his last job of the day and will be happy to stop bye and perform a diagnostic check on his way home (25 May 2023).
