Derek came out and fixed it and was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The office was very proactive, provided a text where I could track the serviceman and see him on his way. Great service. I wish all warranty trades were like this.
Budget Rooter is definitely our go to for any plumbing issues from now on. Starting with the agent that called and scheduled my appointment super professional, very accommodating. And called me 40 minutes before just as I requested. And our service tech Darek Was so professional and knowledgeable, explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with the service he provided before he left. I recommend this company to anyone with any sort of plumbing issues. They are professional on time and so knowledge. Thank you to your team.
Darek was awesome! Took his time and did the homework on a water heater question and got the answers we needed. Excellent consultation. Also thanks to the folks on the other end of the line for all their input. We will use them again for sure!!!
