We put a claim in with AHS as our water heater was leaking. They assigned Budget Rooter who reached out immediately to make an appointment. They arrived on time to review the situation and agreed that the water heater needed to be replaced. The office (Terri and Shelly) submitted the claim and had it approved within hours. They scheduled the install the next day. Most of the process was automated and via text and email. We spoke on the phone to answer some questions. The installation was done by Les who was fantastic. Budget Rooter was assigned to me through my home warranty, AHS. Randy arrived at the appointment within the designated window and was very professional. He explained what he was doing and why and explained the process for any follow up concerns I may have.Service: Plumbing leak detection

American home shield warranty sent them out the next day of my claim. Les was informative and knowledgeable. Found exactly what was wrong with water heater. Showed me what needed to be replaced, described whole process with new water heater installation and warned there may be some out of pocket depending on home warranty coverage (ended up being less than he estimated). The next afternoon, came out and installed new water heater and evaporator tank, showed us everything that was replaced.
